Measuring System TMS 561
Turbidity measurement is an analysing method providing
a quick overview of the amount of particulate matter
in a fluid. It is particularly useful for the continuous
monitoring of the efficiency of water treatment plants,
such as filters. In the German Potable Water Act, the
measurement of turbidity is listed as one of the parameters
for routine analysis.
The TMS 561 is a compact system with high accuracy
in the measuring range from 0 up to 100 NTU, or FNU.
A special feature is the integral, automatic ultrasonic
cleaning providing long service periods and reducing
the necessary maintenance to a minimum. There is the
choice of white light or infrared measurement.
